Terms of Service

UnfollowMonkey helps users monitor follower changes on X/Twitter and receive dashboard or DM notifications.

By using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country if higher.

You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with local law.

Authentication is handled through X/Twitter OAuth with Supabase session management.

You are responsible for securing your X account and any credentials under your control.

All plans require following @unfollowmonkey for DM delivery; the free plan includes monthly checks.

Paid plans are billed monthly and check frequency depends on the selected plan (Light monthly, Chimp weekly, Kong daily).

Accounts above the selected plan limit are unsupported and may be disabled.

Plan limits, follower caps, check frequency, free-plan capacity, and eligibility requirements may change as the service, third-party APIs, operating costs, or abuse-prevention needs change. Material paid-plan reductions will be published or communicated where reasonably possible.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Stripe customer portal.

When cancellation applies to an already-paid period, pro-rata refunds may be granted based on unused subscription time.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law always remain preserved.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on third-party APIs and infrastructure.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to preserve security, compliance, or operational reliability.

If we permanently discontinue the paid service for convenience before the end of a paid subscription period, we will provide a pro-rata refund for unused paid time, unless access ended because of breach, abuse, non-payment, or a legal requirement.

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, credential abuse, scraping attacks, service disruption, or attempts to access data you are not authorized to access.

You must not interfere with platform limits, anti-abuse controls, or third-party provider policies.

UnfollowMonkey relies on X/Twitter, Supabase (self-hosted), Stripe, twitterapi.io, Microsoft Azure hosting, and Umami analytics.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal obligations, abuse, or technical risk.

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided 'as is' and without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

These Terms are governed by Swiss law.

Courts in Zurich, Switzerland have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection rights and local venue rights that cannot be waived.

Users in the EU/EEA benefit from mandatory consumer and data-protection rights under applicable law, including GDPR.

Where mandatory EU rules conflict with these Terms, mandatory EU rules prevail.
